I am 500-RYT Yoga Alliance registered and YogaFit trained yoga teacher specializing in Yoga for women’s health and active adults, I have helped clients develop good coping skills to manage anxiety and chronic pain, boost mood, and improve mobility. I employ healthy movement, breathwork, and meditation to work toward client goals and improve quality of life. I believe that the positive health choices we make today will benefit us for years to come.
I hold teaching certifications in Trauma-informed, Hatha Vinyasa, Restorative, Yin, & Prenatal/Post Partum Yoga.
Off the mat, I facilitate outdoor experiences for women and youth. I enjoy spending time in nature – camping, hiking, and gardening – and spending time with family.
